The Purpose of this position is creating and altering drawing from consultant while managing and organizing all CAD drawings and printing them in various formats and packages and delivering them to the correct contact in a timely manner. We expect the candidate to be proactive and have a "get it done" spirit. To be successful, you will have solid solving problem skills.
Responsibilities
- Create accurate CAD drawings of the assigned project.
- Cutting specified pieces of the assigned project using the laser cutter
- Responsible for the laser cutter machine maintenance.
- Integrating and working with project manager design consultants and subcontractors
- Preparing the elements required on assembling an architectural Model as per required scale.
Must Have
- 2-Year Degree in Computer drafting
- A bachelor degree in relevant field/industry
- A minimum 2-years experience in CAD operator role
- Well aware of Materials used and its technical aspects in making architectural models such as acrylic, wood and material
- Excellent Knowledge AutoCAD program, 3D Sketch-up and other modeling software (3D max, Rihno)
Nice to have
- Experience in writing online content
- English language
- A course certificate in relevant field/industry
- Excellent Knowledge of Revit program
- Experience as Fabricator
